Stock plug for the 2.8T is NGK PLFR6C-10G (platinum)
    Stock Gap = 0.95 mm (+/- 0.05 mm)
Colder plug – NGK PLFR7C-10G (platinum)

    Stage 1 & 2 recommended plug: Denso Iridium Power IKH22 5345
    Alternate: NGK LFR7AIX-11 Iridium

Recommended gap (to minimize misfires) 0.85mm

I’m currently running a stock 2007 Aero and have plans for a stage 0. Idle is a bit rough so I’ll be changing the spark-plugs prior to the tune. Do you recommend IKH22 gapped to 0.85mm on stock and stage 0 or should I stay OEM? What’s your thoughts on Champion Iridium 9033? I like the fact that the ground electrode is platinum…

I would go ahead and install the Denso Iridiums – they will come gapped at ~ 0.80 mm out of the box and it is fine to install them at that gap setting.
